We prefer your artwork as a press-ready PDF.
Albeit, if you can’t produce your own PDFs we can accept any of the formats shown here.

File Types	Mac	PC	Fonts and Images Remember to send us any fonts you’ve used, together with any linked graphics that haven’t been embedded in your artwork. All images should be saved TIFF or EPS All images should be saved as TIFF or EPS. Although we accept JPEGS additional work is created for our prepress department. They will have to convert all JPEGs to TIFFs before we can run the files through our PDF workflow. Embedded colour profiles When you save your images be certain that they are not saved with an embedded colour profile. This is the most common cause for the colour of an image to change unexpectedly. Bleed Make sure that if your documents have text or graphics that bleed off the edge of the page you set the bleed amount to 3mm.

How to send your files

It is extremely helpful, especially with brochures if you send a hard-copy printout of exactly how your job should look. This helps us to see any errors before we prepare your proof.

Make sure you send a Purchase Order or Order Form giving full details of your order.

You can click on the button where it says “UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE” and fill in the appropriate details to upload you image here.

It’s quicker than post with massive limit on the maximum upload size. It will also be easier for those jobs that are too large for email.

When you upload your files you will have the opportunity to give full details of your order. Alternatively you can fax (f: 01932 570023) over a Purchase Order or Order Form.

Files should be sent on CD, DVD or memory stick to the address on the contact us page. Your memory sticks will be returned once we have printed your order.
