Plex Polar Outdoor Banner Stand

The Polar is a highly durable outdoor banner stand which can be used either single or double sided. The moulded plastic base can be filled with water or sand to give extra stability. A water filled weighted base ring option is also available to give added stability. Can be used with mesh or PVC substrates. Easy to assemble without the need for tools.
